Please complete the details below and submit the form, you will then receive confirmation that the dates have been agreed and bank details will be sent so you can transfer the deposit of 20% of the total rent to secure your booking.
Please do not forget to add your damage deposit of £500.00, when returning your final payment no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
Terms & Conditions
- The Villa sleeps 8 persons. No additional occupants will be permitted unless by prior arrangement with the owner. Should this number be exceeded the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental immediately.
- Full payment must be made at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- Guest are asked to arrive after 16.00 on the day agreed and to leave no later than 10am on the day of departure.
- In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be given 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, minus the 20% deposit. No refund will be given after the 6 weeks, so therefore we strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover this possibility.
- The incoming guests are requested to check the inventory and general state of the furniture and fittings. Any observation should be made to the owner or caretaker within the first two days of arrival, it shall be assumed to be complete and in perfect order.
- Guests are asked to treat the villa and its contents with respect and to leave it as they would expect to find it, clean and in an orderly state. If it is not left in a satisfactory condition for the next occupants, additional cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit unless prior arrangement has been made with the owner to organise a cleaner on the day of departure.
- A security deposit of £500.00 is required before arrival. This can be paid by BACS to the bank account provided. This will be refunded once we have checked the house is in a satisfactory condition.
- The owner shall not be liable for any defect or stoppage in the supply of the public services to the villa, nor in respect of any equipment, machinery or appliances on the property. The guest should report any breakage, defect or breakdown immediately to the owner or caretaker who will arrange for the repair or replacement as quickly as possible.
- Any breach of these conditions shall involve automatic termination of the rental, rendering the guests responsible for the rental due and any damage incurred.
