The Villa
It is very spacious and comfortably furnished throughout with three double bedrooms, all with king size beds.
Throughout the summer electricity and gas are included in the rental, together with one set of bedlinen per bed and bathtowels. Bathing towels are provided. One travel cot available.
The Kitchen, Lounge and dining area.
The well equipped Kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A W.C and shower room adjoin the sitting room.
The Sitting room and adjoining kitchen are both large and spacious with french windows leading out onto the garden , where there is a shaded arbour with barbecue, table and chairs for eating outside.
TV is available with a fire stick so you can watch Netflix, Amazon etc using your own accounts downstairs, Wi fi is also available.
There is air conditioning on the ground floor to keep it cool if desired.
The Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The two downstairs bedrooms both have their own bathrooms with shower, basin and W.C.
They both have king sized beds with very comfortable mattress’s, wardrobes, chest of drawers and are very light and spacious rooms.

The upstairs has a second kitchen, sitting room with sofa bed, a double bedroom with king size mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a shower room with, basin, W.C. and washing machine. In the off season months we will be letting the flat for 2/4 people.

The Garden and Swimming Pool
The heated swimming pool and lawns are maintained by a gardener twice a week. The heated pool is situated a few steps down from the house and lies in the full sun, measuring 10m x 5m with a shallow end of 1m. Garden furniture is provided together with sun beds for around the pool.
