IMPORTANT NOTE:
La Mude is booked with a minimum of 4 nights.
Your booking will be from 4pm to 12pm.
If you wish to book, please complete the online booking form and we will confirm availability before requesting payment.

Policy and notes
Payment schedule
30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining amount must be paid 30 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of prepaid payments are refundable in case of cancellation 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if cancellation after.
Deposit
A pre-authorization of £1664 is held 1 day(s) before arrival and canceled 7 day(s) after departure
Electricity and gas are included in the rental prices except during the low season between the beginning of October until the end of April, when electricity will be charged per unit used.
Bed linen and bathtowels are provided, although a supplementary charge will be made should extra linen be requested. Bathing towels for use around the pool are provided.

Electricity and gas are included in the rental prices except during the low season between the beginning of October until the end of April, when electricity will be charged per unit used.
An initial non refundable deposit of 20% of the total rent is required to reserve the villa.
Please submit the booking form online, once you have received confirmation that the dates have been agreed, bank details will be sent so you can transfer the deposit of 20% of the total rent to secure your booking, you will then receive an email from us confirming your booking.
The balance of the rent should then be sent, no later than 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday together with a separate refundable damage deposit of £500.00
A £500 security deposit is asked for.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be given 6 weeks prior to your arrival date, minus the 30% deposit. No refund will be given after the 6 weeks, so therefore we strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover this possibility. If booking through any other company please read their policy as this may vary.
